Delivery
Shop Sandra Figuerola undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Client and which, in any case, must be within the Territory of the European Union. In order to optimize the delivery process, the address indicated by the Customer must be an address where delivery can be made within normal business hours. Shop Sandra Figuerola does not ship outside of the European territory. If at the time of delivery of the product at the indicated address, the Customer is absent, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. If, after seven (7) business days from the date of the notice, the Customer has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to the warehouses of GAN (in Onteniente) and the Customer You will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as the possible associated management costs. Shop Sandra Figuerola will not be responsible for errors or damages caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Client does not match the delivery place desired by the Client. At the time of delivery of the product order, the Customer must show their identification document to the carrier, sign the delivery note and request a copy of it from the carrier.

The customer is responsible for the import costs of the article.
CANCELLATION AND EXTENSION OF ORDERS
Clients may cancel or extend the orders accepted and confirmed by Shop Sandra Figuerola, as long as it is requested prior to the dispatch of the order.
Upon completion of the shipping process, order cancellations or extensions will not be accepted. If the Client wishes to cancel an order once it has been sent, it must be returned.
