8. What happens if I do not receive my shipment within the agreed period?
At Shop Sandra Figuerola we do everything possible so that shipments arrive in the agreed times, however, for reasons beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed. If you are not satisfied with the delivery period, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund the amount of your purchase.
