1. Right of withdrawal
The Client will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) business days from the delivery of the product to withdraw from the purchase of the product, in accordance with the applicable legislation. (According to art. 44 of law 7/1996, of January 15, on the regulation of retail trade, modified by law 47/2002 of December 19). Once the period of fourteen (14) business days has ended, Shop Sandra Figuerola will not accept returns for withdrawal of product purchases. In the event of desisting from the purchase of a product, the following requirements must be met:
A. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories and, as far as possible, its original packaging and labeling.
B. The return to Shop Sandra Figuerola must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition. A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products must be included in the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return are also marked.
-If the reason for the return is not attributable to Shop Sandra Figuerola, the Customer will assume the shipping and return costs.
-Once the Customer has completed the return procedure, the Customer will send the merchandise to the address of: Att. Sandra Figuerola / Calle El Almudín, nº 16, Bajo / 46003 Valencia (Spain)
Shop Sandra Figuerola will not be responsible for the costs and expenses incurred by the Client for those product returns that occur without following the established procedure communicated by telephone or mail that appears in https://shop.sandrafiguerola.com/contacto/
Cancellation of Paid orders not delivered. If the customer desists from the purchase before the shipment has been made, the amount of the purchase will be refunded.
2. Refund of the price of products and Customer Services
Provided that the Client has fulfilled the requirements established in these General Conditions, the price paid by the Client corresponding to the returned products will be reimbursed, deducting the return costs. The Client will not be entitled to a refund of the price of returned products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered, in the event that the procedure has not been followed or the requirements established in these General Conditions have not been met. Partial returns of an order will result in partial price refunds. Shop Sandra Figuerola will manage the price return order, normally by bank transfer.
3. Return of defective products
xThe Customer shall be entitled to a refund of the price of the defective products. In these cases, the return to Shop Sandra Figuerola of the products must be carried out by the Client through the procedure, although the Client shall not be responsible for the costs of returning said products. Provided that the Client has followed the procedure and the requirements established in these General Conditions have been met, Shop Sandra Figuerola will refund the price paid corresponding to the returned products that are defective or that do not correspond to the order of products made by the Client.
