In Greek mythology the muses are, the inspiring divinities of the Arts; Each one of them is related to artistic and knowledge branches. The cult of the muses were vitally important for artistic development in ancient Greece. In the image of La Mostra Viva del Mediterrani, this concept and cultural reference has been used as a link between the different cultures of the Mediterranean. We are inspired by the past but we look to the present.
